What do you like best about your involvement in education?

I love when the light comes on for students, the moment they make a connection. It's funny when they finally realize what they come to school for. When they are ready to learn.

How I spend my free time

I play the piano for two churches , I enjoy singing with my choirs and two daughters at church functions. I love to bead and create new jewelry. I enjoy planning events like dinner , birthday, retirement parties, from setting up tables to serving the food .Writing grants to sponsor field trips for my students.

Current books on my nightstand.

I read magazines, Women's Day, Instructor, MACUL technology, Time Management, and iPad for Dummies.The Daily Five and Cafe.
