What do you like best about your involvement in education?

Since I was a teacher for many years in the classroom, my transition to sales while still being able to give back to my colleagues is a great feeling.

How I spend my free time

I love the ocean and since I live very close by I love the opportunity to go and relax and swim. Walking, travelling, spending time with my daughter (not in that order)are very important to me. Going to museums, and photography are also passions of mine.

Topics or areas of interest

I love to create new culinary dishes while preparing gourmet meals with the help of the many chefs who inspire me. I enjoy entertaining for my friends and family. Sports are also a big part of my life and have taken up golf which I thought would be a boring task and yet have found it to be extremely exciting and self-motivating.

Are you engaged in other professional learning communities?

Since I am now in a sales based position, I am a member of a networking group called B.N.I. Through this organization, I have learned much about relationship building, public speaking, and organization skills.
