the habits are relevant in every situation in life.
for my students they need more experiences to better understand each habit.
it is not enough to do a concept attainment on the HOM and have the student write and draw an example about that HOM.
we need to come up with great lessons that allow them to have meaningful experiences with the HOMs.
this also needs to be school wide, for example doing HOM activities with C&C partners regularly.
we need more time to focus on the HOMs, maybe we need to have regular days and times set for the school to focus on a habit.
