I was extremely sad to see the mentoring bonus cut and the deferment of payment for taking The Boards. In our district, they used NB teachers a lot to help run various meetings, help new teachers, and of course, mentoring candidates. I spent well over the 90 hours. I would love to hear any thoughts about this issue and if anyone is taking any action.
