Report Discussion as Inappropriate / SpamGeoGebra
It integrates algebra and geometry nicely. It is also (but not necessary) programmable via javascript in the web page for interactivity.
I have used Geometer's Sketchpad for quite a while and have been frustrated with its limited Java component for as long. Now I don't bother, GeoGebra is written entirely in Java and works beautifully in a webpage.
