I am in the 1st year of an ETT grant. This grant encompasses 17 schools & 70 teachers in my disctrict. The focus is science. My district has 2 people who oversee th program. They are very knowledgeable and on the cutting edge. Last summer they brought in experts and held a 3 day conference to familiarize us with the materials. Throughout the year they have held refresher courses based on our level of comfort. Recently we had the privilege of having a top notch podcaster show us podcasting. In addition we have regular meetings for the TLT's (Technology Lead Teacher) for each school site. The ladies overseeing this progam have already come out once to meet with each school site's team and will be coming and visiting each classroom to see how the technology is being implemented.
